Is submitting the Custom Order Request a confirmed order?
No. Submitting a request gives JaySahMer Providence Embroidery the information needed to review your project. Your order is not confirmed and a production date is not reserved until project details and pricing have been reviewed and approved.
Can I provide my own item?
Yes. Customer-provided items may be accepted after we review the garment or item for embroidery suitability. Please tell us what you plan to provide when submitting your request.
Can JaySahMer Providence Embroidery supply the items?
Yes. JaySahMer Providence Embroidery can source items for your project. Pricing depends on the item or brand selected, quantity, embroidery placement, design details, and stitch count.
How is embroidery pricing determined?
Pricing can be affected by the item or brand, design size and complexity, stitch count, number of embroidery locations, quantity, personalization, and special embroidery techniques. Prices are subject to change without notice.
What is a digitizing fee?
Embroidery artwork must be converted into a stitch-ready machine file. A one-time digitizing fee may apply based on the details and complexity of the design. Once a design has been digitized for your approved project, that setup does not need to be recreated each time the same design is reordered without changes.
Will I approve my design before production?
Project details are reviewed before production begins. Any required design or order approvals should be completed before stitching starts so placement, colors, wording, and other important details are clear.
What artwork should I send?
Upload the clearest version of your logo, artwork, or inspiration available. If you do not have finished artwork, explain your idea in the request form so we can determine what is needed for the project.
Can you match exact thread colors?
We will work with you to select appropriate thread colors. Screen colors, printed colors, and thread can appear differently, so an exact digital color match cannot always be guaranteed.
How long will my order take?
Turnaround depends on the project, quantity, item availability, design preparation, and current production schedule. If you have a needed-by date, include it on your request so it can be reviewed before the order is accepted.
Can I make changes after I approve the order?
Please request changes before final approval and production. Changes made after approval may affect pricing, turnaround time, and whether additional design work is required.
What happens if there is an issue with a customer-provided item?
Embroidery permanently alters a garment or item. Customer-provided pieces are reviewed before acceptance, but some materials, construction, coatings, seams, or existing wear may make an item unsuitable for embroidery. Any project-specific limitations will be discussed during review.
Are JaySahMer Providence designs the same as custom embroidery services?
No. JaySahMer Providence is our faith-based clothing line. Designs are created by JaySahMer Providence and stitched by JaySahMer Providence Embroidery. JaySahMer Providence Embroidery also provides custom embroidery services for customer artwork, logos, businesses, teams, organizations, and personalized projects.
